Has been producing selected delicacies of premium bakery products, meringues, gingerbread and confectionery from natural raw materials for the wholesale and retail trade, the hotel and restaurant industry and companies since 1970. The fine specialities for which the company EMMENTALER BACKWAREN is famous throughout the country are baked with modern means and according to old tradition, e.g. Emmental meringues: tender and with a fine caramel taste.
But also the latest nutritional-scientific findings are incorporated into the recipe development and in recent years their organic line has also developed strongly.
